Galette for Leftovers

I made another galette for dinner the other night.  It was inspired by Smitten Kitchen’s burst tomato, corn and zucchini galette.  I followed the recipe and threw in all our leftovers from last night’s dinner too!  Two boneless skinless chicken thighs, asparagus and onion.  It was really good and kind of tasted like chicken pot pie.
